EVA is looking for an BIM modeller (32-40 hours)

Would you like to work with great colleagues on residential, educational and other challenging projects in one of Utrecht’s most beautiful locations? Then we are looking for you.

We are looking for an architectural BIM modeller who can work independently and model buildings in REVIT/ BIM from the design stage through to project completion. You will join a close team of modellers within a flat organisational structure. In addition to being ambitious about architecture, we also believe that enjoying your work is essential.

What will you be doing?

• Modelling and developing buildings in Revit/BIM
• Translating designs into technically feasible and buildable solutions
• Monitoring architectural quality and the technical development of projects
• Collaborating with colleagues and external consultants throughout all project phases
• Providing technical guidance for projects from design through completion

What do you bring?

• A completed Bachelor’s degree (HBO) in Architecture/ Building Engineering
• Approximately 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience as a BIM or Revit modeller
• Good knowledge of building technology, regulations and detailing
• Experience with Revit.
• A critical eye for your own work and a pleasant, collegial attitude
• Enthusiasm and a passion for the technical side of building
