Parkhouses Parijsch
In the new Parijsch expansion neighborhood in Culemborg, 19 new homes will be situated along the water’s edge. This waterfront will be designed as a park with abundant greenery, play areas, and walking paths. The 19 homes are designed to maximize this quality, each with an impressive width of 8.6 meters, oriented primarily to the south, offering panoramic views of the park and waterfront.
To provide natural sun shading on the south side, the ground floor features a small overhang, blocking the summer sun while allowing sunlight to enter during winter. On the north side, adjacent buildings are located nearby; by setting back the upper floor on this side, a greater distance to the neighboring structures is achieved.

The generous width of the homes provides maximum flexibility for residents. Would you like the kitchen facing the park or toward the street? Should the terrace extend the living room or the kitchen? All options are possible.
Two types of homes will be built: two-story (Type A) and three-story (Type B). The variation in height, combined with the offset of the upper floors, creates a dynamic appearance. The five building blocks each have their own configuration, making every block unique. The homes are optionally available as energy-neutral.
