The jury of NRP Gulden Feniks award for transformation and renovation nominated 7 projects out of 65 submissions this year. All nominated projects show the unique possibilities and great diversity of destinations that existing real estate has to offer. On Wednesday 27 June, the winners will be announced at the Caballero Factory in The Hague and the prizes will be celebrated.

De Kloostertuin (Nijmegen) has been nominated in the category Regional Transformation together with Aalmarkt (Leiden). The Kloostertuin includes the ensemble of the Sacrament Church, Aqua Viva, the Park Building, De Drukkerij and the Kloostertuin. The total plan was designed in a team, where diederendirrix took care of the church and the residential building, EVA the printing house and Kees Tolk the garden design.
